Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engineering projects including NPI, equipment installation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide technical automation support and troubleshoot process or equipment issues
• Participate in equipment commissioning and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Analyze process data to improve yield, efficiency, and OEE performance
• Support investigations related to CAPA, deviations, and complaints
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure manufacturing solutions are safe and compliant

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Science (Level 7/8)
• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or compliance
• Experience working within a regulated environment (medical device or pharmaceutical preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation or high-volume manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), CAPA, and FMEA
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
