Process Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and execute designated projects for new process development and lab-based activities.
• Provide consultancy in process development, scale-up, and regulatory matters to accelerate molecule development lifecycles.
• Create detailed New Process Reports and Application Notes to ensure accurate documentation.
• Support customer process transfers and coordinate with Application Specialist and Marketing teams to drive commercial value.
• Execute trials and demonstration activities, maintaining ownership of projects until processes are robust.
• Act as a technical consultant to drive the adoption of Sartorius technologies and platforms.
• Transfer knowledge and best practices to sales and application specialist teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related life science field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical process development, scale-up, process characterization, or technology transfer.
• Proven expertise in relevant process unit operations within cGMP bioprocessing environments.
• Strong hands-on laboratory skills for new process development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take strong ownership of projects.
