Nanopath is developing a first-in-class in vitro diagnostics platform to transform how diseases are diagnosed. Headquartered at The Engine in Kendall Square, the company aims to replace lengthy molecular testing workflows with rapid, high-quality diagnostics that deliver actionable results within a single office visit.
Responsibilities
- Support development of robust, repeatable protocols for reagent manufacturing, array fabrication, and assay execution
- Assist with process characterization, QC, stability, reproducibility, and verification-supporting studies
- Prepare reagents, samples, and materials while maintaining lab organization and equipment
- Collect, analyze, summarize, and present experimental data
- Troubleshoot experimental workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, molecular biology, chemistry, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with liquid handler automation or automated laboratory platforms
- Experience with nucleic acid assays, biosensors, microarrays, or spotting/printing technologies
- Familiarity with design control, quality systems, GLP/GxP principles, or regulated diagnostics documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
