About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the formulation and process development of late-stage synthetic drug products for clinical and commercial phases.
- Design and execute experiments, assisting in the analysis and interpretation of scientific data.
- Utilize digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve experimental efficiency and data analysis.
- Support technical problem-solving efforts and identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and strategy for synthetic programs.
- Organize and communicate technical information to support optimal formulation and process development.
Requirements
- Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of scientific experience OR Associate's degree with 4 years of scientific experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of scientific experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical/Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Understanding of oral solid dosage unit operations (e.g., granulation, milling, blending, compression, coating).
- Knowledge of the physical and chemical stability of synthetic molecules and how process impacts quality.
- Proven ability to design, execute, and interpret experimental results.
- Strong problem-solving skills regarding the formulation and characterization of parenteral and oral synthetic molecules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting results in a multi-disciplinary environment.
