Responsibilities

• Lead process development efforts for production-scale sequencing workflows
• Identify root causes of process failures and design experiments to improve robustness and throughput
• Drive technology transfer from R&D into production to ensure smooth product launches

Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• 3–6 years of industry experience in process development or assay development
• Strong molecular biology and experimental design skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling biological processes into high-volume operations
• Familiarity with laboratory automation
• Experience with technology transfer or product launches
