Process Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop finishing processes for new machine projects, feasibility studies, and R&D initiatives.
• Define test scenarios and perform demonstrations and trials directly with clients.
• Express technical requirements and draft specifications for suppliers (sensors, spindles, etc.).
• Select necessary tools for processes, including spindles, compliance, cutting tools, grinding wheels, and brushes.
• Program required equipment such as robots, cameras, and PLCs.
• Write trial and feasibility reports to support project decision-making.
• Define acceptance criteria for associated machine contracts.
• Participate in technical studies during pre-project phases to provide subject matter expertise.
• Maintain technological watch regarding tools and programming software.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and allocated time strictly.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience (at least 10 years preferred).
• Mastery of programming software, specifically PHL.
• Proven skills in robot manipulation.
• Deep expertise in finishing processes and associated tooling.
• Proficiency in technical English.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
