Process Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive process designs for a variety of engineering projects
• Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize process flow and reduce operational costs
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure integration of designs into overall project goals
• Create, revise, and maintain detailed documentation, including specifications and process drawings
• Participate in design reviews to enhance design quality
• Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process design engineering
• Proficiency in Aspen Plus, HYSYS, and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards pertaining to process design
