About the role
Responsibilities
- Program, support, and troubleshoot control logic, HMI displays, and supporting technologies including networks and remote communications.
- Utilize cause and effects (C&E) and controls narrative documentation to assist with factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT).
- Troubleshoot basic alarms in collaboration with operational teams to ensure rapid resolution.
- Support local operational processes by interpreting piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Execute maintenance controls projects and provide day-to-day technical support.
- Participate in safety-related processes including process hazards analysis (PHA) and management of change (MOC).
Requirements
- Associate's degree or vocational qualification in a related field.
- Seven (7) years of related experience in process controls or automation.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
