Process Controller

Responsibilities

• Visit and evaluate risk exposure levels across the branch network based on the Risk Evaluation Model (MER) according to the annual work program.
• Apply review protocols in audited branches, ensuring all review areas are covered within stipulated timeframes.
• Validate compliance with internal and external regulations in branch operational processes to prevent sanctions or fines from authorities.
• Communicate review results to audited personnel and Regional Directors, establishing commitments to correct deviations and prevent recurrence.
• Promote continuous improvement in evaluated operational processes to strengthen the internal control system and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Previous experience working within the Financial or Banking sector.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Full availability to travel for on-site branch visits.
