Process Control Technician Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure high product quality and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain process control procedures and documentation
• Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and optimize process parameters
• Provide technical support and training to production operators regarding process controls
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in process control within a chemical or polymer production environment
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and process optimization
• Proficiency with relevant process control software and tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English
