Process Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage balance of plant and steamfield controls
• Develop and implement control logic changes on Allen-Bradley ControlLogix systems
• Support OT systems, including virtual servers and network infrastructure
• Lead informal training sessions for Operations and colleagues regarding logic changes and control skills
• Review P&IDs, PFDs, HGLs, and pump curves to assist engineering with new project designs
• Make recommendations on complex project components, processes, tools, and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• For Level II: 5+ years of related experience
• For Level III: 10+ years of related experience
• Proficiency with RSLogix, Ovation, or ABB controls system design
• Experience in network design, programming, and maintenance
• Strong ability to implement control logic

Preferred Qualifications

• OEM Field Service or Engineering Service experience
• Experience with VMWare ESXi and Cisco IOS
• Experience reading pump curves and sizing control valves
