Process Control Analyst (PCA) - MMO

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to improve Marine Corps Military Equipment readiness, maintenance quality, and performance
• Interpret and communicate technical manual requirements to the workforce and management
• Analyze and display GCSS-MC and SSDM data to ensure equipment readiness for customer delivery
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Corrective, and Preventive Actions for quality non-conformance
• Monitor and update the Quality Management Data Base (eQMS)
• Serve as a liaison to government Quality Assurance Equipment Specialists
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and lead improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement new maintenance management processes and procedures

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years of USMC Quality Control or Maintenance experience
• Proficiency in navigating GCSS-MC or equivalent systems
• Working knowledge of MCO 4790.2, MCO 4400.150, and GCSS-MC generated reports
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quality assurance principles
• Knowledge of DOD publications and associated resources
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of Marine Corps policies, regulations, and orders
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
• Experience with USMC MOS 0411, 3510, 3529, 2110, 2149, 1341, 1349, 2800 or Army 915, 919, 91X
