Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to define process intent and scope, align to strategic objectives, and establish process performance metrics
• Continuously evaluate performance and integrate stakeholder feedback to refine and optimize processes
• Lead and execute cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methods
• Mentor and coach team members to build organizational capability through training
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track improvement outcomes and communicate results to leadership
• Serve as a subject matter expert on semiconductor finance process leading practices
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure process designs support manufacturing and supply chain

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related experience
• 10+ years in finance operations, process excellence, business process management, or finance transformation
• Experience with finance platforms and analytics/reporting ecosystems (ERP, BI/data platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Green Belt with a strong project leadership track record
