Process Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and refresher training within the Aircraft Dispatch, Load Control, and Loadmaster community
• Prepare and update training materials specific to Aircraft Dispatch and Load Control
• Maintain accurate training records for audit and compliance purposes
• Schedule recurrent training sessions prior to expiry dates
• Conduct mandatory assessments on Aircraft Dispatchers to ensure safety standards are met
• Prepare performance reports for review by line managers
• Identify training gaps and new business areas requiring instructional support
• Assist managers in developing growth plans for Dispatchers and Load Planners
• Report identified hazards and escalate operational risks to management

Requirements

• High School level or a degree preferably related to aviation or business
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ground handling or a related aviation role
• Strong understanding of aviation compliance and training standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in Aircraft Dispatch
