Process Automation Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the Supply organization to identify high-friction workflows and operational bottlenecks
• Translate emerging AI capabilities, including Generative AI and AI agents, into scalable solutions
• Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered automation to streamline workflows
• Lead automation initiatives from discovery and business case development through implementation and measurement
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Security to deliver secure AI solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations with a track record of driving process automation
• 1+ years of experience focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, AI agents, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and rapid prototyping
• Ability to bridge business challenges and technical solutions
• Experience operating with a global-first mindset
