Process, Automation and Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Mature process documentation and mapping to create and embed standardized workflows across the organization
• Conduct workshops with key teams to identify pain points and areas for improvement
• Partner with leaders to understand process architecture and deliver a simplified view of business operations
• Introduce and embed repeatable improvement disciplines that teams can sustain independently
• Establish a fact-based approach to determine which processes should be automated, simplified, or standardized
• Act as a credible thought partner to senior leaders to translate strategic ambition into practical progress

Requirements

• Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, transformation, and change management
• Practical experience delivering automation and AI-enabled improvements
• Experience with Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong judgment and the ability to make effective trade-offs in complex, ambiguous environments
• High level of curiosity, learning agility, and the ability to challenge established ways of working constructively
