Responsibilities
- Oversee quality programs and ensure compliance with HACCP plans
- Conduct process auditing and BPO evaluations
- Perform sampling, verification, and validation of materials and machinery
- Prepare detailed technical reports regarding production processes
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Food, or Industrial Engineering (Title and License required)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in mass consumption food or beverage production
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and process auditing protocols
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate English language skills
- Availability to work rotating shifts
