Process Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve production processes to provide the highest quality products at the lowest cost
• Review and optimize production processes, equipment, and workforce levels
• Identify process-related issues and implement immediate and permanent corrective or preventive actions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement ideas
• Ensure all processes follow defined standards, customer quality requirements, and regulatory procedures

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in electrical/electronic or mechanical production, manufacturing engineering, or quality fields
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of database software
• Expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SAP system operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean-Six Sigma background
• Hands-on experience in project management
