Process Associate

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions within SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures
• Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks to maintain data integrity and transaction accuracy
• Execute standardized processes in accordance with documented SOPs and service standards
• Identify, document, and escalate data discrepancies, transaction errors, or process issues
• Support audit activities, reporting requirements, and data validation efforts
• Maintain process documentation and assist with updates to SOPs and knowledge resources
• Collaborate with Employee Services team members on transaction-related activities and workflow execution
• Utilize HR technology platforms including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365
• Support testing activities for system updates, process changes, and operational enhancements
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, shared services, HR operations, or data processing environments
• Experience working in high-volume, process-oriented environments
• Experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience performing data validation and quality checks
• Ability to identify and escalate operational issues appropriately
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, with Excel experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
