Process Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute all types of trades for retail and WI products while maintaining compliance with rigorous SLAs
• Perform quality checks on work items daily and report any errors to ensure high standards
• Take ownership of individual issues and ensure resolution to the satisfaction of the customer
• Complete assigned projects, including system testing prior to implementation
• Maintain accurate records of checks, manage team MI, and keep supervisors informed of risks or issues impacting SLAs
• Review and update process documents independently and drive innovation within the team
• Liaise with other departments across sites and participate in training team members on critical tasks

Requirements

• Ability to process large, volatile volumes to strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and service improvement
• Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work offshore shifts
• Ability to manage process escalations independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistics and reporting
• Experience with lean or six sigma methodologies
