Process Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support operations leaders and associates in delivering results within fulfillment centers
• Perform production duties including picking/packing orders, receiving/stowing product, and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Unload and load trucks as required
• Communicate instructions to associates and motivate team members to meet goals
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and recognizing safe work practices

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others
• 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or retail environment
• Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and training
