Process and Technology Manager for Application Development

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation through digital transformation projects
• Lead digital transformation projects and technology adoption, including design, specification, testing, and monitoring
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to integrate technological solutions
• Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and technology
• Ensure technological solutions align with the company's strategic objectives
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
• Manage budgets assigned to technological and process improvement projects

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Physics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, technological projects, solution development, or IT consulting
• General programming knowledge
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies for application development (KANBAN, Scrum)
• Project management experience (PMP certification or similar is a plus)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL
• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (C1 level)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
