Process and Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of process technicians and analysts to optimize production processes.
• Analyze machining, assembly, welding, and painting processes to identify bottlenecks, waste (MUDA), and process variations.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies.
• Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM), time and method studies, line balancing, and production layout optimization.
• Develop and implement operational standards, work instructions, and visual standards to ensure process stability.
• Monitor and analyze technical KPIs including OEE, efficiency, productivity, lead time, and scrap rates.
• Apply problem-solving tools such as Root Cause Analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Whys), PFMEA, SPC/CEP, A3, and 8D.
• Support the implementation of 5S and SMED to reduce setup times and unproductive periods.
• Manage CAPEX investment processes in alignment with the company's strategic plan.

Requirements

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven experience with Kaizen application and PDCA cycles.
• Proficiency in VSM mapping and statistical process analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, and SPC/CEP.
• Experience with CAPEX management and industrialization projects.
• Ability to work directly on the shop floor (Gemba) to support supervisors and operators.
