Process and Audit Manager Quality Management

Responsibilities

• Analyze, structure, and visualize complex workflows to identify inefficiencies and promote continuous improvement processes (CIP).
• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure the process landscape remains up to date.
• Plan, prepare, and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and internal guidelines.
• Derive concrete improvement measures following audits, monitor their implementation, and verify the effectiveness of corrections.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in quality management.
• Proven experience in IMS / QMS or a completed qualification as a Meister, Techniker, or equivalent.
• Strong methodological competence in BPMN, Six Sigma, and Lean Management.
• Completed auditor training according to ISO 19011 (ideally with 1st and 2nd auditor qualifications).
• Strong analytical skills, moderation abilities, and diplomatic skill when working across different departments.
