Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process analysis for distribution center workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and variability.
• Analyze current state performance using process mapping, time studies, and on-floor observations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation and stabilization using Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
• Collect and analyze data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and throughput.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual summaries for operational reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standard work documentation.
• Evaluate process impacts of new systems, tools, or automation initiatives in collaboration with IT and Operations.
• Ensure all process designs comply with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in process analysis, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or operations.
• Foundational understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of distribution center operations such as picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distribution center automation.
• Exposure to data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with process mapping and basic time-motion studies.
