Process Analyst - RCM

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues and resolve them in a timely manner across multiple projects
• Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes facilitated by software products and operational processes within the scope of work
• Solve complex, scope-specific problems with minimal supervision
• Interact with key stakeholders to support project goals
• Utilize MS Office tools to manage and analyze data

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of industry experience
• Proven experience in relevant billing functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and typing skills
• Familiarity with Cerner applications and related healthcare software
• Graduate degree in Commerce or Computer Applications
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent
• Willingness to work US shift timings
