Process Analyst - RCM

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including EOB review, payment posting, and correspondence review
• Execute denial management, appeals processes, bad debt handling, and accounts receivables tasks
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues to resolve them in a timely manner
• Interact with key stakeholders and develop in-depth knowledge of business and operational processes
• Solve complex, scope-specific problems with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of industry experience, specifically in relevant billing functions
• Graduate degree in Commerce or Computer Applications
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Net typing speed of 30+ words per minute with an accuracy rate of 90% or higher
• Strong English communication skills (written and listening) with a neutral accent
• Willingness to work US shift timings

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cerner applications and other related healthcare software
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing technical environments
