Process Analyst (Planning)

Responsibilities

• Analyze market insights considering client demands and competitors in collaboration with the Sales team
• Translate business requirements and use cases into product design and functional requirements
• Plan development activities according to the product development process
• Guide multifunctional and international teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Manage the product backlog to maximize customer value
• Plan budget and capacity for trucks and buses, including digital products and software
• Align and communicate with various stakeholders
• Improve internal processes and collaboration
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps
• Create product specifications and solution design documents
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, procurement, QA, finance, services, and sales teams
• Supervise project delivery from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, execution, and change management
• Coordinate development between teams through weekly meetings
• Prepare and present program status reports to the board

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience working on projects (preferably in the automotive segment)
• Experience in project coordination, leadership, and product development processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of Power BI and Agile methodologies
• Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related areas
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages
