Process Analyst (Logistics Focus)

Responsibilities

• Control packaging and indirect material stock, ensuring systemic accuracy and traceability via SAP.
• Support and audit cyclic and general inventories, investigating deviations and proposing action plans.
• Lead and support logistics projects, including digitalization, automation, and WMS/OneERP implementation.
• Develop and validate logistic packaging solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Maintain updated operational documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Analyze logistics processes, flows, and layouts to identify optimization opportunities and reduce waste.
• Apply LEAN tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Kanban) and conduct time studies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor logistics KPIs (accuracy, lead time, productivity) using SAP and Power BI.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree in Engineering or Logistics.
• Proven experience working with SAP.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics or process analysis field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency.
