Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using company system data
• Perform data integrity checks and data cleansing
• Develop new dashboards and reports to support product development through automation, data mining, and analysis
• Review and improve data collection and analysis methods regularly
• Act as the primary contact for business intelligence reports for product development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in process analysis
• Proficiency in DAX, Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Experience in data automation, data mining, and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in data analysis or data management
