Process Analyst, Bank and Treasury Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, clearing, and issue resolution for NAM group cash and loan operations
• Perform regular analytical reviews of lending operations
• Review and approve payments to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct reconciliation reviews for General Ledger accounts owned by the team
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bank Operations to support issue resolution
• Drive resolution for issues within owned accounting and cash operations areas
• Provide proactive support during monthly closing activities

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA
• 6 to 8 years of experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC), Banking, or Treasury environment
• 2 to 3 years of specific experience with treasury or banking processes
• Strong accounting skills with a focus on loan and treasury accounting
• Familiarity with international payment vehicles
• Strong process management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

• Treasury Certifications are considered an advantage
