Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes for each product to ensure compliance with specifications, customer satisfaction, and food safety.
• Ensure adherence to established quality department procedures and manage data collection, including statistical analysis.
• Promote a culture of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ecology, and industrial safety.
• Monitor and analyze quality and food safety attributes in accordance with internal standards and product design.

Requirements

• Technical or Professional degree in Food Science, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in quality control or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of food chemistry.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC).
• Knowledge of sensory evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of food microbiology.
