Process Analysis and Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct process analysis through meetings and workshops to identify improvement areas
• Design solutions by preparing functional specifications and implementation analyses
• Participate in implementation projects, collaborating with IT, conducting tests, and providing user support
• Manage project and process documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business or systems analyst
• Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal and moderation skills
• Precision in documenting processes and functional requirements
• Knowledge of BPMN notation
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Agile methodology certification (minimum Foundation)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Higher education in IT, economics, or project management
• Business-level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-code technologies (e.g., Microsoft, APEX)
