Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic liquid filtration and filling of IVF media into various containers using automated machines or manual processes within ISO classified clean rooms.
• Execute disinfection and cleaning of critical machine areas during start-up, changeovers, and close-down.
• Assist in transferring materials to and from the cleanroom while maintaining the sterile barrier of all components.
• Prepare filling line sets, including component washing, assembly, and sterilization using dry-heat or steam sterilizers.
• Complete batch records and documentation in strict accordance with GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Follow all safety rules, SOPs, cGMP, and company policies to ensure product quality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rooms, equipment, and storage areas.

Requirements

• Completed Secondary Education or Bachillerato.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in clean rooms (medical or pharmaceutical industry).
• Proven experience with aseptic filling, packaging, or similar manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of microbiology related to medical device, pharma, or food manufacturing.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and manuals.
• Proficiency with standard units of measurement and the ability to calculate proportions, percentages, volume, and weight.
• Basic English reading skills (A1 level is an advantage).
• Ability to work in production environments requiring special cleanroom clothing and potentially cooler temperatures.
