Procedures Controller - Cargo

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update the Etihad Cargo Services Manual (CSM), Cargo Bulletins, and local operating procedures.
• Ensure all documentation complies with international air cargo standards, UAE GCAA regulations, and internal policies.
• Support the development of the Ground Operations Manual (GOM) and associated safety and security standards.
• Develop and document local aircraft handling and servicing procedures, including research for new aircraft types.
• Conduct gap analyses to align Ground Operations documentation with applicable regulations.
• Manage user credentials and access reviews for documentation platforms across the global airport network.
• Support departmental preparation for regulatory, corporate, and industry audits.
• Arrange and deliver ground operations training to Etihad and third-party service provider personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the aviation industry.
• Proven experience in airline operations or ground operations.
