Problem Solving Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the structured resolution of internal and external quality issues at the organizational level in Mexico
• Apply advanced analysis methodologies including 8D, A3, Six Sigma, and Red-X
• Define and implement corrective actions in close collaboration with manufacturing plants
• Oversee a technical team and coordinate efforts in complex problem-solving projects
• Contribute to the development of technical standards and the organizational problem-solving process
• Provide technical support for complex issues and train teams in various methodologies
• Manage and contribute to the lessons learned system and generate executive reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in Automotive manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience leading complex problem-solving projects
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC
• Advanced English fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Quality Engineering, Operations Management, or Continuous Improvement
• Certification in Red-X or Kepner-Tregoe
• Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and manufacturing plants
