About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage quality, cost, and time issues arising in series production
- Develop and follow up on error prevention measures
- Monitor and report production line quality and process indicators
- Escalate material problems impacting production
- Conduct process audits
- Lead problem-solving teams in response to internal and external customer complaints
- Manage end-to-end problem-solving processes
Requirements
- University Degree in a technical field
- Experience using quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5W Analysis, FMEA, and SPC
- Fluency in Hungarian
- Good command of English
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Six Sigma certification is an advantage
