Problem Solver Process Support

Responsibilities

• Lead a functional team of Problem Solvers on your shift, including coaching, onboarding, and task distribution.
• Act as an escalation point between operations and Local Process Experts to resolve warehouse issues.
• Perform 1st-level SAP EWM troubleshooting directly on the shop floor (e.g., handling units, interface errors, blocked deliveries).
• Utilize modern logistics IT systems, Andon systems, and mobile scanning devices to maintain smooth operations.
• Provide operational feedback to support digital transformation and Smart Factory projects.
• Support daily reporting and documentation of recurring technical or process issues.

Requirements

• Technical secondary education (University degree in logistics or engineering is a plus).
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally working with SAP EWM or other WMS.
• Proficiency with mobile scanning devices and shop floor support tools.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping).
• Ability to perform 1st-level SAP EWM troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and escalate technical problems.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation (morning, afternoon, night).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) for report writing and data analysis.
• Proficiency in English for working in an international environment.
