Problem Solver Process Support

Responsibilities

• Lead a functional team of Problem Solvers on your shift, including coaching, onboarding, and task distribution.
• Act as an escalation point between operations and Local Process Experts to resolve warehouse issues.
• Perform 1st-level SAP EWM troubleshooting directly on the shop floor (e.g., handling stuck units, interface errors, or blocked deliveries).
• Utilize modern logistics IT systems, Andon systems, and mobile scanning devices to maintain smooth operations.
• Provide feedback from the floor to influence digital transformation and Smart Factory projects.
• Support daily operations within a 3-shift rotation (morning, afternoon, and night).

Requirements

• Technical secondary education (a university degree in logistics or engineering is a plus).
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally involving SAP EWM or another WMS.
• Proficiency with mobile scanning devices and shop floor support tools.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping).
• Practical 1st-level troubleshooting skills for SAP EWM.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team and escalate issues clearly.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure during peak operational times.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools (such as Claude, GPT, Copilot, or Gemini) for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work in an international environment using English.
