Probe Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, set up, and troubleshoot various complex toolsets and parametric test equipment
• Run a variety of support equipment within a cleanroom environment for wafer testing
• Support various groups and departments to achieve production goals
• Communicate effectively with various entities to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all cleanroom requirements and prescribed procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer, math, and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to wear required protective equipment
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal work specifications
• Ability to work a Compressed Work Week (CWW) schedule (12-hour shifts)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Regular and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Probe production
• Previous experience in a Fab production environment or cleanroom
• Demonstrated leadership skills
