About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service and professionalism to members and guests
  • Manage tee times, check members into the system, and handle cart rentals
  • Verify identification and age requirements for alcohol purchases and rentals
  • Restock inventory, merchandise, snacks, and beverages
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions and balance the cash register
  • Manage Pro-Shop operations, assistants, and scheduling for tournaments
  • Operate simulator machines and range ball dispensers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro-Shop and surrounding areas

Requirements

  • Previous proven experience as a Pro-Shop Lead
  • Customer service experience
  • TABC and Food Handling licenses
  • Ability to play golf and understand golf etiquette
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing greater than 50 pounds
