About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive market share growth for ROCKWOOL's residential products by building relationships with home builders, contractors, and influencers
  • Identify key markets and trends to deliver clear growth strategies to the regional team
  • Expand stakeholder engagement by developing direct relationships with builders and insulation contractors
  • Provide detailed market insight, analytics, and regular reporting to drive business growth
  • Deliver value through customer service, technical information, and installation assistance
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to increase stakeholder product knowledge
  • Travel up to 60% within the Northern California and Northern Nevada territory

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in the building material or construction industry specifically within the residential market
  • Strong background in sustainable solutions and residential energy-efficient design
  • Experience in social media marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional presentations
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
