About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow, develop, and manage relationships with regional businesses and national customer branches
- Partner with Lowe’s Pro Desks, Store Managers, and Key Decision Makers
- Promote Sherwin-Williams product offerings to generate new leads
- Utilize CRM systems to document sales calls and store visits
- Spend 60%-75% of time at customer job sites and business locations
- Collaborate with Lowe’s ProServices teams to drive sales growth
- Travel within the assigned region, including overnight travel, up to 85% of the time
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license
- At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Ability to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and communicating)
- Three or more years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales
- Experience with Profit and Loss or Budget Management
- Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
