Pro Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive and increase Pro business sales within the assigned region by managing contractor relationships.
• Partner with Lowe’s Pro Desks, Store Managers, and Key Decision Makers to promote Sherwin-Williams product offerings.
• Utilize CRM systems to document sales calls, store visits, and customer interactions.
• Spend 60%-75% of time at customer job sites and business locations to develop relationships.
• Collaborate with Lowe’s ProServices teams to support sales growth and fulfillment.
• Manage sales opportunities and new business leads within the assigned territory.
• Travel within the assigned region, including overnight travel, up to 85% of the time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Experience with Profit and Loss (P&L) or budget management.
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products.
