About the role
Responsibilities
- Be the focal point of passengers seeking assistance due to reduced mobility
- Monitor the safe, efficient, and expeditious PRM operations within the terminal and oversee shareholders’ activities
- Liaise with the service providers ensuring the smooth service of PRM upon precedence
- Ensure the proper registration of all PRM requests in the system
Requirements
- Previous working experience, preferably in the aviation sector
- Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written at a professional corporate level)
- Experience in MS Office applications
- Fulfilled Military Obligations (if appropriate)
- High level of communication and team-working skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Discretion, politeness, and a high level of empathy
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail
