About the role
Responsibilities
- Be the focal point of passengers seeking assistance due to reduced mobility
- Monitor safe, efficient, and expeditious PRM operations within the terminal
- Oversee shareholders’ activities
- Liaise with service providers to ensure smooth PRM service
- Ensure proper registration of all PRM requests in the system
Requirements
- Previous working experience, preferably in the aviation sector
- Fluency in Greek and English (professional level)
- Experience in MS Office applications
- Fulfilled Military Obligations (if appropriate)
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Discretion, politeness, and empathy
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Attention to detail
