Responsibilities

• Precisely identify and assess the diverse needs of clients to provide competent advice.
• Manage and develop a dedicated client portfolio consisting of investment and mortgage clients.
• Secure long-term client relationships and acquire new customers by providing optimal financial solutions.
• Utilize innovative digital tools, apps, and technologies to advise clients and encourage the use of digital products.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally supplemented by further education in banking or finance.
• Proven experience in building or managing a client portfolio.
• Sound understanding of investments, mortgages, and retirement planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and confident demeanor.
• High level of service orientation and a passion for sales.
• Fluency in both German and English.
