Private Wealth Management Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Manage all business operations and oversee the essential activities and productivity of support professionals.
• Lead the development, implementation, and management of the team’s strategic plan to align priorities with business goals.
• Coordinate strategic business initiatives, including tracking asset acquisition, growth, and team performance.
• Oversee the client service model, including business development, marketing, and client relationship operations.
• Organize and prioritize critical information for Advisors to facilitate efficient decision-making.
• Manage team client communications strategy and proactively assess client service needs.
• Partner with the Business Service Officer to assist with interviewing, training, and staff performance input.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in a related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial products such as equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, and annuities.
• Exceptional leadership, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving financial services environment.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage complex organizational priorities.
• Willingness to obtain additional industry licenses or designations as required.
