About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Private Wealth Managers and their teams
  • Manage and monitor calendars, meeting invitations, and room bookings
  • Coordinate and implement department events and training requirements
  • Develop and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for business documentation
  • Assist with communications, including writing, editing, and distributing correspondence or presentations
  • Process invoices for payment and prepare departmental expense claims and reports
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight and hotel reservations
  • Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with internal business units and external vendors
  • Support human resources administration, including documenting vacation and absence scheduling

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to studies after the internship
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or professional support function
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study is desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
