Responsibilities

Design and manage end-to-end, personalized travel experiences from concept to completion
Create detailed itineraries including destinations, luxury hotels, villas, resorts, and exclusive activities
Coordinate all logistics including commercial and private flights, accommodation, airport transfers, yacht charters, and chauffeurs
Arrange all necessary travel documentation, including visas, insurance, and permits
Prepare comprehensive travel books containing schedules, reservations, maps, and emergency contacts
Research new luxury destinations, hidden gems, and seasonal experiences worldwide
Monitor travel advisories, weather, and local events to ensure seamless trips
Manage last-minute itinerary changes and resolve travel issues promptly
Build and maintain relationships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, and premium service providers
Coordinate with the family's Personal Assistant and Household Manager to ensure seamless logistics
Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all travel arrangements

Requirements

Must have personally traveled to at least 30 different international destinations across multiple countries
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, family office support, or lifestyle management
Proven experience planning complex international itineraries involving multiple destinations
Deep knowledge of luxury hotels, premium airlines, exclusive resorts, and global tourist destinations
Strong understanding of visa requirements and international travel regulations
Excellent written and spoken English
Willingness to work flexible hours as required
